Sa tanca de sa Nina is a chalet for 6 people in Mancor de la Vall, one of the villages of Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca considered a World Heritage Site. The property with great views, furnished in a modern style and with a very comfortable distribution, is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. It is distributed on the ground floor with a living-dining room with a large open and fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor You will find an en-suite bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each one and a complete bathroom with hubtub.
The exterior of the property is one of our best places, where you can enjoy wonderful views, an area with a private swimming pool and the tranquility of being in Mancor de la Vall and its surroundings.
The Heating of the house is water system heating in winter and you can use air conditioning for summer. The house is prepared for winter stays, since being located in the Tramuntana mountains, there are many activities to enjoy leaving the house, hiking, mountain biking, climbing. etc. Contact us for more information on activities in the Sierra.

Mancor de la Vall is a beautiful town, with a very Mallorcan style. It is a small, quiet and very familiar town. Walking its downtown streets, with the stone houses and its streets, is a unique experience. You have to live it!

* PAYMENT BALEARIC TOURIST TAX "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that there is a tourist tax (Ecotasa) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay Ecotasa.)
In "low season" the Ecotasa has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20, from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night.
The Ecotasa will be paid in CASH.
