Modern and equipped 30sqm apartment, located a few steps from Piazza Mazzini. Positioned between the Central Station and the wonderful historical center, it is ideally placed to move comfortably in the city. In less than 15min walk you can reach the main historical / cultural points of interest, including Piazza delle Erbe, the Scrovegni Chapel, Palazzo Bo. In Piazza Mazzini you can find free parking and the stop of the U11 line, convenient for going everywhere.

The apartment is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, 43 inch TV with Sky / Infinity / Chili comfortable stool, large mirror, bedside tables
-LIVING / SLEEPING AREA: Sofa bed (single), 43-inch TV with Netflix, comfortable stool, desk / pull-out dining table.
-COOKING CORNER: induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils.
-BATHROOM: shower cubicle, toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, Sky / Chili / Netflix, condominium central heating, washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe with code, two large courtesy cushions.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.
IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.

We are at the gates of the center of Padua and all places of interest are easily accessible on foot or by public transport (line U11). We are also in the heart of the lively university district, full of bars, restaurants and youthful meeting places.
After a pleasant walk of less than 10 minutes, inside the beautiful Giotto Park, you will find the famous Scrovegni Chapel, one of the absolute masterpieces of world art frescoed by Giotto. From the apartment, it will be just as easy to reach:
- the Eremitani Museum, which houses medieval and modern works of art (8 min on foot).
-the Basilica del Carmine, a place of art and popular devotion (4 min on foot).
- the Central Station of Padua (10min on foot).
Reaching the center, we recommend visiting the unique architectural features of Palazzo Bo, and then going for a break to the historic Caffè Pedrocchi, called "Caffè senza porte" because until the early 1900s it was open day and night.

- Arriving by car: you can park for free a few meters from the apartment, in Piazza Mazzini.
- To visit the city center it is advisable to use public transport: Line U11 for the historic center, Lines U13 / U15 for the station / or move on foot.

A member of our Padova team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following:
EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00
EUR 30 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 from midnight to 01:30
Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee.

Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the city tax of EUR 1.00 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Padua.
