The Villa Frua (400 m²), designed in Italian classic and majestic style, and recently renovated into the finest details, accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The 2 floors both have a very elegant and wide central corridor crossing the entire villa from one to the other side.
- The entrance leads into the main floor hall with grand piano and leads out to the outdoor terrace with views over the pool and garden. You’ll also find the stylish living room and several cozy sitting areas, as well as the kitchen and two toilets on this floor:
- The second floor has a central air conditioned lounge and the 5 bedrooms are laid out around it: four bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined together). One of the bedrooms has air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms: two with shower and one with shower and bathtub.

Outside you’ll find a large amazing park (5000 m²) bordered by impressively old trees, partial lake views, a garden with a beautifully manicured lawn, a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, and various shaded sitting corners.

This vacation home ‘Villa Frua’ is located 800 m from the lake and the town center of Stresa, the most popular tourist destination on Lake Maggiore. Enjoy a stroll along the lakeside promenade or walk through the narrow alleys with their handicraft shops and many cafés and restaurants. Stresa faces the famous Borromean Islands so just hop on any ferry to discover the enchanting beauty of Lake Maggiore. Easy one day trips to explore the cities of Milan and Turin, the famous Piedmont vineyards, romantic Lake Orta or the extensive trekking in the nearby mountain valleys are also possible.

Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning in one bedroom, cleaning, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (12 x 5m; depth 1,4m), parking

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 1000 euro
- Heating (seasonal): 100 euro per day
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

- Swimming pool opened approximately from mid-May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.

- The event organizers have a separate office on the property. They are ready to meet every demand and to offer you the finest services while respecting your privacy: they will not interfere with your stay and they'll be happy to provide you with tips and information about the region.

Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat rental and other extra services (upon prior request - to book directly with the service provider).
