The epic and romantic castles of Carmarthenshire lie just to the north, whilst the hauntingly beautiful Vale of Neath, and its waterfalls, lie very close by to the east. The National Show Caves for Wales are approximately 10 miles from the property and make a fantastic day out. Bike Park Wales is about a 30-minute drive east from the property at Merthyr Tydfil and Afan Forest Mountain Bike Trails are 30-minutes south, close to Neath, with masses of trails for mountain bike enthusiasts.
