About this property

This house is perfect to rest. Peace and silence in the middle of nowhere. The house stands on a hill next to a lake and a forest. The guests can swim in it or use a kayak or a boat. The forest is perfect for walking, running or riding a bike. It’s possible to fishing too. A small stable is one kilometer away, bigger one is about 5 kilometers away. In our place you can rest completely listening to the singing of birds, enjoying the smell of the woods and taking advantage of the possibilities of the house like a tennis court, a sauna, a hot tub or a big garden.

In the house are 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a big living room with a fireplace and a projector for the movie nights. Our favorite place on this house is “winter garden” from which you can see beautiful view on the lake. Perfect for breakfast or dinner!

My name is Carolina and I’m 19 years old.
I was a professional tennis player but I have to finished my career. I grew up in this house (that’s why we have tennis court next to the home :)). I deal with network marketing, tennis coaching and studying.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of my family’s house. My mother fell in love with this place in 2006 but there was nothing - just beautiful view, farmland and silence. My parents built this house and garden from scratch. We decided to enable other people to enjoy this beautiful place.

What makes this property unique

The excellent view on the lake, peace and silence, the forest with great birds singers , this space and a fresh smell - that is why we love this property. Additionally we love play tennis, eat breakfast on the terrace and relaxing in the garden. If you like it too - this place is perfect for you!
