Beautiful, quiet villa on a hill with magnificent views of the Gironde estuary to the southwest. Large patio. Lots of light and space. A bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet on the main level with kitchen, dining room, living room and office space. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and separate toilet. On the ground floor, an additional apartment with bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room and small patio with a beautiful view of the estuary (under renovation). Wooded garden and surrounding vineyards.

Belle maison située à 10’ du bac qui permet de vous rendre en 1h15 à l’océan ou visiter les nombreux châteaux Viticoles des environs. Les propriétaires sont charmants.
