About this property

An enchanting villa in the Marine Park of the Protected Park of Plemmirio, an incredible location where you can admire the crystalline coast famous for its flora, fauna and numerous marine species of the Mediterranean. There are 32 different coves entries for the beaches. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house.

This typical villa is located in the Riserva Marina del Plemmirio and is within walking distance of its best beaches. It is a very quiet area for those looking to relax and enjoy Sicily surrounded by a serene atmosphere.

The interior is elegantly furnished with antiques, making it an ideal pied-à-terre for a group of friends who appreciate the typical Sicilian style.

This structure is perfect for 4 adults, in addition to a possible newborn.

There is a private entrance from one of the narrow streets of the Plemmirio. The front door opens onto the living room, which can be used as a second bedroom for 2 people, a perfect desk for pc support, TV and free wifi throughout the house. The living room is shared with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends.

There is a bedroom which has a double bed and a cot is also available (on request). A large walk-in closet completes the main bedroom. There is plenty of light in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee. The house has a bathroom with shower and bidet.

The icing on the cake is definitely the location, as it is located right in the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Reserve, away from the noise of the crowd, but you can take day trips to Sicily or nearby Syracuse.
