Old fisherman's house in the center of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, the first town on the Costa Brava in the Empordà. Town known for the Porta Ferrada festival, a festival full of concerts and shows that takes place every summer.

The house has a maximum capacity for 6 people, with three bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two rooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the second floor there is a room with double bed and terrace. The sink is located on the first floor and has a shower.

On the main floor, at the entrance, is the living room with TV with Netflix connection, HBO, Amazon Video and Wi-Fi. There is also the dining room with an indoor fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, toaster, Italian coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, mini-timer, juice juicer, pans and pots, and the washing machine.

From the kitchen you can access the patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals outside. And above all there is a terrace to sunbathe. There is no air conditioning but there are portable fans and there is very good ventilation with the windows open at night.

To be able to park, in the area near the house there is free parking on the street and a free field 300 meters away. The house is 400 meters from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and can be accessed by walking along the Camino de Ronda to the beach of Sant Pol which is the second beach of Sant Feliu, with the possibility of renting kayaks, and scooters sea. In Sant Feliu there is a marina and a variety of restaurants of Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine.

And to find leisure and night bars, in Playa de Aro there is a great variety, as well as in the commercial center of Sant Feliu.
