Independent two-room apartment, ideal for three people, 100 meters from the sea, consisting of a double bedroom, a second smaller bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa and kitchenette, complete with pots and pans , TV and fridge

It is surrounded by a large veranda, surrounded by greenery in the garden, equipped with a table and chairs where you can comfortably have lunch and dinner.

In the garden there is an additional shower, very convenient when returning from the sea.

The sea, a low and easily accessible rock, can be reached on foot and in the immediate vicinity, for those who wish, there are well-equipped bathing establishments.

We are located in Marina di Andrano, in the province of Lecce, near Tricase Porto, in a strategic position on the Salento Peninsula, in the middle of the Otranto - S. Natural Park. Maria di Leuca, and a few kilometers from these two locations and a short drive from Lecce and Gallipoli.

The hinterland, then, is full of pretty villages that will amaze you with their history, also testified by ancient churches and castles.
