Magnificent Quinta with Pool - Guimarães Casa I

Casas da Costeira is a charming rural farm consisting of four villas located in a typical Minhota village and only 15 kilometers from Guimarães - World Heritage Site.
Only two villas are available for rent. Both have two suites, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.
The farm is composed of extensive paved areas, of forest, cultivation, a lawn with 700 meters and a large swimming pool with ecological salt treatment.
With all the amenities you want, you will certainly enjoy your stay in the Fafe Municipality, near Guimarães, several river dams (Queimadela, Ermal and Caniçada) and the Gerês National Park.
Along the farm you can also enjoy countless walking and cycling trails, in addition to the natural lagoons of the Vizela River.

charmante location

les proprietaires sont disponibles et tres sympatiques. logement propre et confortable. propriété tres agreable piscine acces aux aromatiques (barbecues ) et fruits. la renovation de cette ancienne ferme est reussi. elle allie modernité et tradition (vieux four en pierre et cuve en granit).

Accueil exceptionnel et maison très confortable

Nous tenons a mentionner l'accueil tout à fait exceptionnel de M et Mme COSTA. Ils sont adorables et nous ont conseillé de façon très efficace sur la région. La maison est spacieuse et est "fraîche" ce qui est appréciable. Un BBQ est a disposition. La piscine est très sympa. Le tout dans une propriété arborée, très bien entretenue. A notre départ pour Porto, ils ont contacté des connaissances et nous ont organisé une visite guidée de caves en Francais. Exceptionnel!
