About this property

Outside has a private swimming pool, as well as a spacious terrace and lawn area with plenty of space to sunbathe. You'll also have your own brick BBQ and a table and chairs by the poolside for alfresco dining, plus a pool table and table tennis table.

The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV, with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, BBQ area and the entrance to the annexe. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a table and chairs, ideal for a morning tea, coffee or breakfast. From here, you can also access the pool terrace as well as the utility room.

On the ground floor are 4 twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a separate shower room. The 2 bedrooms towards the rear also have patio doors onto the villa grounds. An external staircase at the side of the house leads to the first floor twin bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom and a private terrace.
