We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Check-in takes place in our offices located in Portoferraio, Via Rodolfo Manganaro.
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Downstairs (basement) is accessed via an internal staircase, we find a bedroom with double bed + single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and Jacuzzi, another bedroom with double bed + single bed and en-suite bathroom. Conditioner in both rooms. The apartment also has a washing machine, LCD TV, patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a garden. Public parking nearby.

- the house has 2 air conditioners, it can be used for a fee at a cost of € 14 a night for both
