Casa Lellina is an apartment in a two-family house with a private entrance, located on two floors.
It is 2 kilometers from the center of Madesimo in the hamlet of Pianazzo.
The apartment has a living area with kitchenette on the ground floor, and sofa. There is a wood-burning stove for a nice atmosphere on winter evenings. The house is also heated by radiators.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where the two bedrooms and bathroom are located.
The house can accommodate up to four people; one bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dresser. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bidet, and a bathtub with a glass shower door. Sheets and blankets are provided; towels are not provided.
A small private garden in front of the house is available for guests.
A large free public parking lot is located directly in front of the house.

The area offers many possibilities for recreation in both winter and summer. In winter in Madesimo you can downhill ski, snowshoe, cross-country ski, and snowmobile. There is a shuttle bus provided by the local municipality in winter months to reach the slopes. In summer there is plenty of opportunity for hiking, fishing, and hiking in nearby Switzerland via the Spluga Pass.

Pianazzo is famous for its historic waterfall, which is within walking distance of the house. Many beautiful walks can begin from Pianazzo, including the "old road" to Madesimo, which is lit up at night. There are plentiful hiking opportunities above Madesimo and nearby Isola. There are also two bars/restaurants in the village within walking distance, where you can enjoy delicious local specialties such as pizzoccheri and polenta. There are several good restaurants in the area.
