The house is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded only by detached houses. An area with no traffic or shops (only used by resident neighbours). The house has an overwhelming sea view and views to the famous Peñon de Ifach, a 300 meter high rock in the waters of Calpe.
This house is ideal for a successful holiday of relaxation and recreation in a quiet environment. The shops are about 500 meters away, you will not hear any noise.

Enjoy your holiday in this tasteful villa with private pool in Benissa Costa on the Costa Blanca for 4 or 5 persons. The house is situated 500 m in a straight line from the beach of Cala Baladrar and the town of Moraira is about 4 km away.
The house is situated in such a way that you have supermarkets, pharmacy, numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The villa offers you the following ambience:
beautiful pool terrace of approx. 100m2 with 4 sun beds and parasol,
several comfortable seating areas partly covered with a lot of shade,
from the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea, but also a view to the mountains.
In addition there is a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill, so that nothing stands in the way of a tasty barbecue,
The proximity to the beach, shopping, sports activities, bars and restaurants make the villa an ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca with your family or friends.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir waren mit unserer Finca sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse beim morgendlichem Kaffee ist spektakulär aber auch vom Pool aus sehr gut zu genießen. Die Kinder konnten von dem sehr großen Pool nicht genug bekommen, sogar bei Nacht konnte man dank der Poolbeleuchtung toll schwimmen. Das Haus bietet dank der vielen Nischen und Terrassen genug Platz um sich auch gelegentlich zurückzuziehen. Im großen und ganzen ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Excellent séjour dans une très belle villa, bien située

Belles déco et piscine, maison bien équipée, très belle vue, 2 restau et une grande surface tout près. Très bon accueil, personne arrangeante.
