Magnificent villa with 244 m², located in Pedra Amassada, very close to Mafra and Ericeira, 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.
Set against a beautiful backdrop of nature and peace, this villa has a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace, wood burning stove and dining area, and four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower and kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Outside, and in addition to a 617 m2 terrace and the surrounding garden, it also has a main swimming pool measuring 10m by 4.5m, a small children's pool measuring 3.5m by 3.5m, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a bathroom overlooking the pool with hot shower and dining area with barbecue and oven.
It is located 7 km from the supermarket, 5 km from Ribeira d’Ilhas beach, 7 km from the center of Ericeira and 10 km from the center of Mafra.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. Portugal 2023 villa holiday

The Villa, the gardens, pool, hot tub and sauna are lovely and all in very good condition and well maintained.The pizza oven and bbq area are great and we used those nearly every night. The location is ideal for people who prefer to travel everywhere by car as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. The only negative is the low water pressure in the showers but it wouldn't stop us from going back. Portugal as a country and its people are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday.

Excellent Property in a peaceful location, car essential

This was a great place to stay for us, the place was clean and the amount of amenities made it exceptional. We also loved how it was away from it all - all you can hear is the wind in the trees and the birdsong in the morning. We hope to visit again.

The villa was a great find with everything you could possibly need on location a d with high end standards. Great place for a family with kids. Super quiet location. Honestly, the service from a Casa das Viagens is one of the best I have ever experienced : discretion, friendliness, flexibility, efficient. So seems like you have it all right, congratulations!
