Empfehlenswertes Haus.

Das Haus war sauber und mit allen wichtigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Schade dass es keine Liegestühle hatte. Das Haus ist für Hundebesitzer absolut ideal, da komplett eingezäunt. Der Pool war sauber und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Der Parkplatz war vor dem Haus und ist sehr gross. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas ausserhalb von Cecina. Mit dem Auto hat man ca. 1/4 Std. bis an den Hundestrand. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider spricht er nur italienisch. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Good house to improve

In overall good stay however house could be improve drastically. No wifi connection and 4G reception really bad...no mosquito net at the bedroom windows...and most importantly no airco!!! Really really too hot in July and August I don't advise to rent this house in the summer months: you will melt!!

Ferienhaus ist schon ein paar Jahre alt, aber gepflegt. Gute Lage, großer, ordentlicher Pool.

Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und kümmert sich um alles.

Schönes Haus,

es ist sehr groß, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, das Grundstück und die Terrasse sind super, die Lage ist ok, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nur die Verständigung mit Senior Vanni geht nur auf italienisch, das ist etwas schwierig, er ist aber immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braaucht. Wir würden dieses Haus nochmal buchen.
