Ski in-Ski Out, Only 200 Yards to Quicksilver Lift!

We had really great time. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Jim was very nice and responded to all of our needs. Location is excellent!

Very comfortable condo for the 4 of us. Full kitchen was also very useful, some spices/condiments were left from previous renters. The unit was very clean with plenty of bedding- blankets and sheets, as well as towels. Location was nice as we walked to the ski lift, ski rental store and Main Street. The owner was very nice and easy to get in contact with and communication was excellent! There are 4 hot tubs and a heated swimming pool right across the parking lot for the property. Definitely would like to stay again!

Our family of four including two young adult children had another great stay at this unit. The owners are easy and delightful to work with. They are very responsive and made sure we were aware of some roof working being done above the deck. This is a sweet, cozy condo with beautiful views out every window. The owners upgraded the mattresses and cable/internet services which were great. They also did some extra cleaning and organizing of the unit which showed. They always have plenty of cleaning and paper supplies for their guests which is rare at most rentals. We love the “pay it forward” approach of the owners and their guests. The spice cabinet always has goodies and others have left great condiments, ect. Always check the unit supplies before going shopping and try to leave a few needed items for the next guests when leaving. We do bring some of our own kitchen equipment as a personal preference. There’s plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The hot tubs are just across the parking lot which is so nice and the slopes (Quicksilver lift) are very walkable. Ski storage downstairs so no lugging that stuff up. Parking was never an issue. We will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in Breckenridge. Would 100% stay that this property again.
