This recently renovated 2nd story condo, with elevator access, is in one of the premier communities in SW Florida, Bonita Bay. Bonita Bay, is bordered by 2 rivers and Estero Bay. More than 1,400 acres of nature preserves, including lakes, and a 12-mile network of biking and walking paths. There is also a full-service marina. This largest model in Wild Pines, has a completely renovated Kitchen. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the large wrap around lanai. Master bedrm has a king-size bed while Guest bedrm has a queen bed and twin bed.

BEACH ACCESS 2024
The Bonita Bay Shuttle will take you free of charge to the nearby beach at Doc's Beach House, and also Lover's Key! You may drive and park of course also, for a fee. We supply chairs and umbrella in the unit.

BEACH ACCESS STARTING 2025
The private Bonita Bay Beach will be ready with their new Beach Pavilion providing a 2nd story dining area with a beautiful view of the gulf! As usual there will be free lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Enjoy all the amenities at Wild Pines including the pool, hot tub, gas grills and tennis courts. Then take advantage of all the rest Bonita Bay has to offer, including walking or biking along the beautiful tree lined paths, as well as enjoying the parks, with bocce ball and playgrounds, and free kayaks.

Good time at Wild Pines

We enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. Well equipped with essentials and play things for kids. Great location across from pool which worked well when our grandkids visited. Also, short walk to DeRomo was great for coffee/lunch etc. Very responsive hosts.

Lovely Bonita Bay Dtsy

Really get a lot for the cost of unit. Appreciated the flexibility of owner on check out; tremendous help. Pool area so nice. Both pool and hot tub warmed nicely.

Further away from Beach than was expected.

Overall it was a great experience. Did not spend much time during day in the condo. Too much to see and do. We did fine a couple of roaches and send pics to the owner. Did not hear back from him.

My wife, Pat and I (Dave), after raising a family in the Northeast made the move to Florida in 2004. We love everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Pat loves to stroll through the many outdoor shopping venues, and we get great exercise walking on the sandy beaches. I play golf, and love to kayak.

Why they chose this property

After seeing all Bonita Bay has to offer, we kept our eyes open for a unit. We were pretty picky, as we wanted the best for our guests. When this unit came up for sale, we grabbed it.
