About this property

Excellent duplex apartment in the center of Albufeira, with sea views and less than 300m from the famous Praia dos Pescadores. It is the perfect place for your holidays with family or friends in the Algarve.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it has a spacious terrace and balcony with furniture that allows you to dine outdoors while enjoying the excellent sun exposure of the region.

It is fully equipped and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in, which must be done from 3:30 pm. At the time you must inform us of your arrival time.

Key collection will be made at our Welcome Center in Albufeira, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out, if necessary.

Please note that between 7:00 pm and 2:00 am late check-in is considered and is carried out directly at the apartment and has the following additional costs:
- €30 from 19:00 to 00:00
- €50 from 00:00 to 02:00

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Decent place to stay but

Spacious apartment with a nice view of the sea. Apartment was nice and clean upon arrival. Communication with host was great. The apartment is good if you just need the basics and are there for a short term. If you rent for medium to long, this apartment doesn’t have all the needs for that. The furniture was really basic and not the most comfortable. My two greatest issues with this apartment was the gas stove and the shower. The stove is ancient and needs matches to start. I found this to be dangerous, hazardous and sometimes frightening. The flames would be so big and it’s hard to control. The shower was unfortunate. The water would be warm for 30 seconds and then get cold for 5 and repeats this. Luckily the apartment next door was vacant and I was able to change units where the water temperature was perfect. The second apartment is the same but different layout and slightly bigger. The stove is the same. After I switched my apartments my experience was better. Thank you Homing! A few upgrades would make this apartment really 5 stars.

Spacy apartment with nice ocean view

We had no good short stay in this apartment before going back home. It is very near to the beach, and a few blocks from restaurants (e.g. 10min walk), and a big Lidl nearby that is open till 11pm. If you leave the sliding door to the balcony open in the evening a cat from one of the neighbours will be visiting for some playing attention. (the cat wasn't interested in our food that we were eating on the balcony, just playing). I would advice to bring an extension cord of e.g. 3mtr if you want to sit on the balcony with electronic devices.

Great spacious and clean apartment

Great apartment, the only minus is the shower, as the hot water is uncontrollable, it comes and goes and so on
