VILLA HOLIDAY, HEATED POOL:
Wonderful property in El Madroñal, a few minutes from the famous beaches of Costa
Adeje is close to all services.
Furnished with taste and elegance it is an oasis of peace in the heart of the south
Tenerife coast and 20 km from Tenerife South airport.
The property is very bright surrounded by a well-kept garden and terrace with
barbecue.
Private heated swimming pool with whirlpool and salad water measures 9 m x 4 m
,table tennis, barbecue.
There is a 1-car garage.
In Madroñal, just a few minutes from the famous beaches of Costa Adeje and
close to all services.
Located on two levels it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to
7 people.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with bathroom and fully equipped
kitchen
including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer,
kettle, oven and everything you need to cook.
TV with Sky premium in all languages and WiFi with optical fiber.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the main bedroom with a
private bathroom complete with a bathtub
hydromassage. On the same floor there is another bathroom with shower and there are
2 double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed
Complete the alarm system property.
Including bed linen, towels and beach towels.
Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.
For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100.00 euros for the change
lock.
In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be € 60.00.
Available for every need and advice.
You can walk to several bars, small supermarket, restaurant,
greengrocer, hairdresser, veterinarian, butcher.
To go to the beach we recommend renting a car and in 2 km you can reach it
the Duque or Fañabe beach. At 800 m you will find
the Gransur shopping center with shops, restaurants and cinemas.
IMPORTANT: We work with the best laundry on the island, all our linen is treated with oxygen, sanitized and checked by
the laboratories.
