About this property

The residence is in the heart of the resort on the southern slope, thus benefiting from a very beautiful exposure and is only 300 meters from the Super Morzine ski lifts.
The duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence and includes:
an entrance with cupboard and independent W-C. The living room with sofa bed, facing south is very bright and accesses the balcony and shares the space with the fitted kitchen.
The lower floor is accessible by spiral staircases. At this level are the mountain area with 2 bunk beds, the bathroom (with WC) and the double bedroom (160 cm bed) which has access to a private garden ideal for sunbathing. Dish-washer, washing machine, WIFI and ski locker. Outdoor parking space.
Services included: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds can be made up for an additional charge.Contact us
