Secure outside door leading to well equipped kitchen - open plan dining and living room. Flat screen tv - patio doors leading onto balcony with large patio table and 4 chairs offering good views. Two double bedrooms - One twin bedroom with built in wardrobes tastefully decorated and one double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe, decorated to a high standard. A walk-in shower and Mirror with lights over basin. Fly screens on windows - Full use of community pool. Fully stocked gardens throughout complex. During months of May June July August there is fully stocked shop on site. Near to local beaches and a short walk into Aguilas town

Nice 6-days stay

Very nice apartment. Everything as advertised. Fully equipped, not just the basics... It had everything. Nice pool in the block. No shops or restaurants at walking distance, though. A car/motorbike is a must. Just to point out something that could be improved: while the apartment in general was well kept and perfectly clean, we found some of the kitchenware not being completly clean from previous use.

Muy agradable, mucho calor pero la casa bien equipada.

El piso no es muy grande, pero esta muy bien equipado con todo lujo de detalles. La estancia ha sido muy agradable y la comunicacion con la dueña ha sido muy buena, formal y muy profesional. Aconsejable.

Trato excelente

Hemos recibido un trato excelente por parte de la propietaria. El apartamento está muy muy bien, sitio tranquilo para pasar unos días y a 5 min del centro de Aguilas. Sin duda si volvemos repetiremos.

Appartement agréable au calme, piscine à disposition

Appartement agréable climatisé au calme avec belle terrasse. Accès sécurisé à la piscine de la copropriété . Il manque quelques étagères dans les 2 placards des chambres pour y déposer les vêtements. Je recommande vivement cette location. propriétaire très réactive
