This modern style villa, with capacity for 14 people has more than 300m2 of built area, 2500m2 of plot, is comfortable and very cozy.

It has 6 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 4 bedrooms. The first one (with a 160 x 200 bed) is bright and has built-in wardrobes.

The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 bed, has fitted wardrobes and windows with views of the garden and the mountains. The third bedroom (with a 140 x 200 bed), has fitted wardrobes and large windows overlooking the garden.

The fourth bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, fitted wardrobes and windows with views to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

On this same floor we can find another bathroom fully equipped with a shower tray.

In addition, a dining room with a large table for 14 people, large windows with exit to the terrace overlooking the pool and the valley.

Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants next to your house) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen in question is very practical and modern.

It has a microwave oven, 1 fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, deep fryer, various kitchen utensils, smoke extractor, cooking utensils and plenty of storage area. In addition, washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board - you won't need anything else!!

The ground floor has a double bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, built-in wardrobes and large windows with access to the garden. A second bedroom for the children with four 90 x 200 beds, large windows with access to the garden and many games to avoid boredom. On this same floor we can find a fully equipped bathroom with shower, living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace, Smart tv 65' 4k, large windows with access to the large terrace. In it we can find a table for 14 people and direct access to the swimming pool and garden.

Villa Arenas has a barbecue area and gas grill in the garden, large pool 14 x 7 illuminated, hammocks, a pergola with tables and chairs next to the pool, parking inside the property, large garden, children's area, trampoline, ping pong table, darts, basketball basket and many relaxation areas to enjoy a good book or just to rest.

It is worth mentioning that the whole house has air conditioning and heating.
