**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------Located in the family-oriented subdivision Emerald I this house has it all, within this 5 bedroom/ 3 bath. The house is 2 levels with master suite with private balcony located upstairs. 4 other bedrooms are located on the main floor laid out as follows: 2 bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has 2 full size beds, and 1 bedroom has 3 sets of twin over twin bunks. The living room and kitchen area is spacious and beautifully furnished. This house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals while on vacation, featuring a gas range and a long bar with bar stools.
Step outside on the deck, you will fall in love with the views! There is furniture to sit on and enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee.(regular 10 cup coffee maker)

Under the house, there is plenty of room to gather in the shade and enjoy the company of family and friends while BBQing on the charcoal grill.

The beach is just a walk, golf cart, or drive away making this home perfect for your family's most memorable beach vacation!

Location is key!

I mean this is the perfect spot for a quick family vacation! The beach was clean and literally a 1 minute walk! Also the house was clean and had enough beds for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our 2nd time!

One of my favorite beach houses to rent! I just love this house. We have a toddler and a kid with us this time and we wish maybe you guys can put a gate at the top of the stairs. But overall we will definitely go back!

Girls Weekend Trip

Home was clean, well stocked with dishes/cookware. Only had one issue upon arrival and maintenance responded immediately. Check in and check out was easy and the ladies at Swede's are friendly and helpful for suggestions on what to do on the island. Will definitely use them again.
