About this property

The gite is situated in a rural area of Provence with pine covered hills, vineyards and olive groves, near the medieval village of Le Val with bakery, shop and restaurants. There is a weekly market. It is close to charming old Cotignac with many more restaurants and markets. It’s central location in rural Provence, 4 miles from the motorway makes it ideal for visiting the coast and lakes nearby.
The gite is attached to the English owner’s villa and is completely self contained with private garden and shady trees. There is a secure parking place next to the gite. In addition there is a large garden and a 33ft x 16ft swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with plenty of pool side furniture. There is also a boules pitch to enjoy this popular French game.
On arrival you will find a welcome pack in the fridge, consisting of milk, local wine, bread, cheese and tomatoes. Instant coffee and tea bags are also provided.
Please note that this holiday apartment is for two adults. It is not suitable for children or pets.

Eine wundervolle Ferienunterkunft mit großartigen Vermietern, die immer da sind wenn man sie braucht und trotzdem sehr diskret. Der riesige Pool ist wunderbar und wir durften ihn jederzeit nutzen.

Séjour très agréable et confortable

Le site correspond totalement à nos attentes. L'endroit est calme, le logement est très adapté pour 2 personnes. La dimension de la piscine (10 × 5 m) est un atout considérable surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. Nous avons été particulièrement bien reçu par Pauline et Bill dont on a beaucoup apprécié son humour anglais! So British!😅 Valerie et Hervé

vacances d'hiver très réussies

très calme, bien située pour rayonner dans la région. bel intérieur bien aménagé et bon chauffage. nous recommandons même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, du jardin et du barbecue à cause de la saison.

For a totally relaxing break book this gite !

A truly relaxing holiday in a gite that had everything you needed. The owners Bill and Pauline was so warm and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. The area was beautiful with so many lovely places to visit, but sometimes we were happy just to laze by the pool and totally chill.
