Our villa is in the Armutalan area of ​​Marmaris. It has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 2 WC, a private pool and garden.

* Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, chest of drawers (1st floor)

2.Bedroom: 1 double round bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, chest of drawers (1st floor)

3. Bedroom: 1 single bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, chest of drawers (1st floor)

4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, 2 single armchairs, coffee table, TV (ground floor)

* Bathroom1: There is 1 bathroom + 1 wc, washing machine.

*Bathroom 2: There is 1 bathroom +1 wc.

* Living room: 2 3 seater sofas, 2 single sofas, television, air conditioner, coffee table, dining table + chairs, (ground floor)



* In our kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, four stoves, toaster, coffee machine, dinnerware, kitchen utensils, dining table and chairs, and balcony opening to the veranda. (Ground floor)



* Pool: There is a private swimming pool measuring 800 cm x 400 cm x 160 cm. There are 4 sun loungers and a shower area.



* Garden: In our garden, there is a sitting group (2 sofas + table), a sitting group + coffee table, a television, a fan, a dining table, and chairs on our patio.



* Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.



*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250 kW) is included in the price. If there is an excess of electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.

* Minimum stay is 7 nights. An extra cleaning fee is required for stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season.



* Extra cleaning fee: 750 TL



* Check-in to our villa is at 16.00 - check-out is at 10.00.
