The living room has two single sofa beds.
The apartment has fibre optic and beautiful views to the Mediterranean.

The development has a lovely pool, open in 2023 from mid-May to October, and direct access to the beach.

The development, Puerta del Mediterráneo, is located en the in the Estacio Area, front line to the Mediterranean.

There are two big supermarkets nearby, Supercor in Tomás Maestre and Spar in the km14, and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.
In this area, Tomás Maesstre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
