The Property
Bellegreen is a stone-built three storey house consisting for 4 bedrooms: two doubles, a twin and a single, plus two bathrooms. The property is situated in the lovely village of Reeth, with views over the village green. The village forms the junction between Swaledale and Argengarthdale and it is conveniently located approx 6 miles from Leyburn and 12 miles from Richmond. The A1 at Bedale is approximately 30 minutes by car.

The cottage is ideal for guests who are looking for relaxing break in a quiet village with plenty of walks nearby. The village benefits from three pubs, as well as gift shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The outdoor market takes place every Friday.

Central heating is provided through the property and there is a lovely outdoor patio garden with gas BBQ which his ideal for alfresco dining. in the winter months, the fabulous open coal fire in the sitting room provides warmth and cosiness.

Things To Note
WiFi is available in the property and all services are included. The twin bedroom is accessible via the adjacent double bedroom. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome - £20.00 per dog. Bed linen is provided, however, towels are not, so please bring these with you, or you can hire them at £3.00 per person per week.
