About this property

Newly renovated to high standard and opened August 2015, old cattle barn. Sitting in it's own securely fenced garden with it's own private use heated semi in ground swimming pool. Fitted out with new quality furniture and appliances. Three bedrooms, two of which can be either two singles or a double in each. Upstairs family bathroom which includes separate shower and bath. WI-FI to the whole of the property and garden. Satellite Free View UK TV. Downstairs utility and second toilet. Lounge seating for 6 in leather three piece suite. Seating for 6 around the dining table. Outside 6 seat quality patio dining set and 6 loungers, all with cushions and barbecue.

The cottage, barn and grounds were purchased by us in January 2011, and set in a very lovely secluded and naturally pretty location in an acre of private grounds. With both natural hedging and fencing to ensure privacy, each gite also has its own private fenced garden and semi in ground 4.4 meter octagonal solar-heated swimming pool for your exclusive use, along with BBQ and lounging and outdoor eating areas. Well behaved dogs most welcome at no extra cost

Agréable location

La maison est confortable et spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire requis. Très facile à nettoyer. Nous avons eu une bonne surprise en découvrant un jardin clos arboré bien plus grand que sur les photos, fleuri et disposant d’une pergola.La piscine, propre et à 28 degrés, nous a permis de profiter des rares éclaircies de cet été 2021, et nos hôtes Phil et Cindy ont toujours été chaleureux et amicaux pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Wonderful Stay! - August 2023

Our family of 6 (all 18+) have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing stay at Libertie Barn. Phil and Cindi are most excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble and on hand to offer advice and suggestions for things to do during our stay. Amongst many other outings we had a super time at the night market in Segur-Le-Chateau; such a great experience and atmosphere and we enjoyed a fun night with the locals in Jumilhac-Le-Grand watching Phil’s band play - not to be missed if you get the chance. Libertie Barn is located in a lovely rural area - so peaceful in beautiful surroundings. The barn is delightful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much Phil and Cindi, we look forward to a return visit 😊

Lovely stay in beautiful area

Lots to see and places to visit. Owners very friendly and helpfull. We were unlucky with the weather, lots of rain thus could not enjoy the pool as often as we would have liked.
