Immediately on entering there's a convenient downstairs WC. The remaining ground floor includes an open plan dining and lounge area with an archway through to a well appointed kitchen. Upstairs are 2 doubles bedrooms and a single, all with hotel quality linen. The family bathroom has a quirky, luxury feel with jacuzzi bath and TV!

This home is perfectly suited for a family stay, or a small group. It is simply decorated with fresh hotel quality linen. This property receives a professional clean before every guest stay, and we adhere to the Airbnb Covid 19 advanced cleaning protocol.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
