Poor maintenance and start of repair

Unfortunately the property was not in a good state... Outside unkempt Inside Bathroom light didn't work and hot tap neither. Poor state of stair carpets. Hob didn't light and utensils need clean before use Property hadn't been cleaned adequately prior to arrival. Not worth the money we paid.
