3 bedroom suites, 4.5 bath beachfront home in gated community. Enjoy pool and jacuzzi with fire pit lounge and shaded BBQ area - walk down to private, swimmable beach.....House resides on a cliff with a beautiful view overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Newly painted.

Close to restaurants (El Merkato) and the new H Hospital, 15 min to the historic town of San Jose del Cabo and 20 min from Cabo San Lucas

House is not "child proof". Small, young children would require close supervision on the property.

Perfect location

The home is in a perfect location, about half way between San Jose and Cabo. Beautiful views and we spent a lot of time watching the whales. The beach is a little more difficult to get to than described but is doable if you are in reasonably good shape. The hot tub didn’t work while we were there but the property manager was very responsive and tried to get it fixed for us. Checkin in was easy but the house could use an instruction booklet explaining how the tv works, the wifi password, etc. again, Lori was helpful and very responsive. We just had to reach out to get the information. The house itself could use some updating, particularly in the bedding area. The blankets were pretty thin. All in all, a lovely trip. The Cabo area is beautiful and the weather was perfect!

Fantastic stay on the beach

This home is beautiful and right on the beach in Cabo Colorado, which in my mind is heaven on earth. The house is exactly as stated and even better than pictures. Beautiful pool and endless views. We sat at the pool and watched whales. Very easy and safe access to a beach and swimmable cove that you often have all to yourself. If you can’t relax here you cannot relax anywhere! Great location with easy access to airport, San Jose and Cabo, great grocery store within minutes. Great communication with owner and property manager. Would absolutely stay here again.

Epic Family Get Away

This house was beyond perfect for our family trip. We loved the location between San Jose and Cabo. Close to everything but still nice and quiet. Falling asleep every evening to the sounds of the waves and trickle of the pool was amazing. Property Management was very helpful especially when we lost a passport. Lisa helped us navigate the process to get out of the country. We will definitely rent this house again. Best vacation to date for the whole family.

Friends getaway

The view is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is well laid out with 3 king size suites that allow plenty of privacy for each couple. The kitchen had just about everything you need but wasn't organized in any logical way. Just a few things keep it from getting 5 stars - The outside area really could have done with more than 2 lounge chairs and a bigger outdoor table for dining. The pool/spa filter is extremely loud. There are also wood bees nesting in the wood beam above. The communication with the property manager was not as good as the last place we rented in Cabo. I had asked several times if they could recommend a private chef that we could hire to cook for us at home and never got a response. I understand if the answer was no but then just respond sorry I can't help you. I also asked whether there was a water filtration system in the house and never got a response. The house comes with minimal instructions and needs to be updated. They give directions on how to use the stereo system but when I couldn't get it to work I was told it was broken (then take it out of the instructions) We blew a fuse in the kitchen using the coffee maker and microwave at the same time and spent quite a while trying to find the fuse box (which was hidden in a cabinet requiring us to remove a shelf!). This would have been useful to point out. These are small points & overall the house is really nice but a little attention could really make this place perfect

Loved this property!

The property was incredible in a gorgeous community tucked right above a private beach. Everything was as described and we had a lovely stay with an easy/accommodating check in and check out process. One of our friends already wants to book our next stay!
