Stunning Family Friendly Villa with Lake Views - Close to all Major Attractions!

Thank you taking the time to look at our beautiful 6 bedroom fully air conditioned villa. Our Villa is situated in the beautiful area of Crescent Lakes which is a quiet and tranquil community. Disney is a mere 20 mins drive away from our Villa and its an easy drive to all the main attractions such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Aquatica, Gatorland, The Florida Mall, The Premium Shopping Outlets, as well as all the attractions & restaurants on the US192.  

Inside the Villa are 4 spacious double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms are themed to Harry Potter and the other themed to Unicorns! The boys and girls will love them! All bedrooms have Flat screen TVs with Roku TV installed with hundreds of HD channels. The master bedroom has a large en-suite with his & hers sinks, walk-in shower and large bathtub. There are two further family bathrooms for guests. If you wish to dine in, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need. For family dining, there are 2 ambient dining areas to choose from.

 For infants, we provide a cot, a high chair, a car seat and also a stroller - perfect for taking to the parks!

Our games room is one of the best you will find in any Florida Villa!  We've recently upgraded this room and it comes with a full-size Professional Slate Pool Table and down-lighting, Air Hockey Table with sound effects, A Huge 55" 4K UHD TV plus XBOX ONE Games Console & Pre-Loaded Games for the kids, plus Roku Box for TV channels. Gaming nights will be plentiful! 

Our recently upgraded Den area is a superb place for you and your family to relax! It now has a brand new complimentary 27" iMac computer complete with a wireless printer so you can check your emails, Skype family back at home, print park tickets, coupons & directions, or just sit back and check in on your daily social media! Think of it as your own personal office we've built for you!  Not only that but there is another 55" 4K UHD TV in there with hundreds of HD TV channels plus and Xbox 360 & Games. 

Super Fast Unlimited Broadband is installed throughout the villa and is free to use throughout your entire stay!

Outside is a gorgeous 30ft south facing swimming pool with ambient evening lighting, a jacuzzi and patio area with gas BBQ, table & chairs & sun loungers. At the rear of the villa is a superb fishing lake where wildlife is plentiful and you are freely available to fish in the lake if you please. We even give you the fishing rods to use for free!  Please let us know if you would like to purchase pool heating when you book.

A 5-minute stroll from our Villa you will find 2 children parks with excellent play areas for young children, a shaded picnic area for adults & children to enjoy snacks whilst the children play, a full-sized tennis court and outdoor basketball court. This is the perfect way to spend those free days where you just want to relax with family.
