A good sized detached family bungalow, with all modern requirements. The property is bathed in sunlight from sunrise to sunset.
Just a 8 min walk away from Crooklets beach, cafés and pubs and 2 min from golf course. The town is a sort walk up the hill, where you will find a Sainsburys as well as local shops, bakerys and butchers. This detached property is situated on a elevated large plot sleeping 6.
The bungalow has a large lawned garden as well as secluded decked and patio areas perfect for a bbq, and drinks watching the sun go down.
There is ample off road parking on drive for 3 cars.
The perfect house for families 3 bedrooms, large open plan kitchen, lounge dining area, opening out onto patio and decked lounging area.

Great family holiday

Booked this bungalow for a family holiday and we weren’t disappointed. Owners live there for part of the year and it shows - unlike most holiday cottages which just have the basics it was full of luxuries which made the holiday really special. Pictures don’t do it justice. Kids loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! 10 mins walk to either crooklets or summerleaze and in a very quiet cul de sac. Highly recommended and we hope to return on our next trip to bude.

Great base for Bude!

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Has every mod con you could need for a great holiday- Wii, Alexa and Firesticks a bonus for the odd rainy day! Kitchen is super modern and again so well equipped. Lots of space for a family to spread out. Shops ten mins up the hill and beach 15 mins walk. GreT communication from owner and put me at ease with regards to last minute covid issues that might have meant cancelling etc. Highly recommend this for a lovely relaxed stay!
