Great fisherman’s cabin in the well-known fishing village of Bud, surrounded by boathouses and sea houses. Final cleaning included in the price. The cabin has a combined living room and kitchen on the first floor with a good view of the harbor environment in Bud. Internet for streaming. On the ground floor, there is a combined living room/bedroom with folding doors that can be opened to the sea; a 1 meter high glass wall secures the opening. The wheelhouse has a main entrance and a separate entrance to the washroom/room for filleting and packing fish, from this room you can go further into the wheelhouse. 200 meters to swimming opportunities from rocky cliffs and only 1,500 meters to a long shallow sandy beach. Bed linen and towels for rent. Renowned fish restaurant 200 meters away. Hiking trail, 7 km long coastal path. Ergan Coastal Fort and Coastal Museum show life along the coast from the Stone Age up to the development of the Ormen Lange gas hub, and the history of war from the Second World War. The mountain Gullberget 160 m.a.s.l. has an incredibly beautiful view over the fishing village of Bud. Atlanterhavsveien, 26 km. Farstadsanden 16 km, here you can find good waves for surfing and kiting. Gaustadvågen nature reserve 29 km away is recommended for bird watchers and hikers. Great fishing opportunities. The boats lie at the exit/buoy and are pulled into the floating jetty 2 meters from the tiller. Two boats for rent: 1x GEMI 630 aluminum boat, 21ft with 100HP Honda, GPS/Chartplotter/Sonar, 8 rod holders. 1x Axopar 28 Cabin with 300 HP Yamaha, Simrad 12-inch, GPS/Chartplotter/Sonar, 4 rod holders. VHF with AIS, Simrad Halo 20 radar, toilet with septic tank, sink with fresh water, Webasto diesel heater in cabin, cooler, stereo system/DAB radio, shore power. To operate this boat, a certificate such as D5L or ICC is required, as well as being over 28 years old and have operated a boat over 25 feet for at least 2 years. Certificate requirements can be offset by documented good experience with boat use. Training in the use of the boat with the lessor is required.
