You will have the opportunity to choose a very relaxing and pleasant holiday: this accommodation is in a very quiet position 15 minutes driving from Imperia city centre and beaches (10km).

It has a beautiful terrace equipped with deckchairs, chairs, table and barbecue: a good space where you can relax drinking a good glass of wine.

This accommodation has a spacious living room with sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and television, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + 1 with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and washing machine.

You will have also: fridge (no freezer), kettle, iron and ironing board.

Tolle Lage, mäßige Ausstattung

Die Beschreibung im Inserat traf nicht zu. Es gibt keinen Wohnraum, auch wenn dieser im Inserat genannt wird. Das Schlafsofa steht stattdessen in der Küche. Dort ist es sehr eng. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Blick über Dolcedo mit einer wunderschönen Pergola. Diese ist mit Weinreben über wuchert. Leider freuen sich auch die Tauben über die Weinteauben. Als wir ankam war die ganze Terrasse voll mit Taubenkot und Federn. Die Küche, die als modern beschrieben wurde, besteht aus einer alten Stein Spüle und einer Ecke mit einem Gasherd. Alles ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm, wenn das Apartment nicht als frisch renoviert und mit moderner Küche beschrieben wäre. Ein echter Catfish! Die Schlafzimmer sind soweit okay. Die Lage ist gut. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, den wird eventuell der Trubel im angrenzenden Restaurant stören. 75 € für die Endreinigung empfanden wir auch als mehr als üppig. Wir würden nicht wieder hinfahren.

Entspannung in freundlicher Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral im Dorf. Sie ist so schön wie auf den Fotos, auch die Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die italienische Agentur haben wir als sehr hilfreich erlebt. Man sollte nicht ohne Auto anreisen, der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist eine Herausforderung. Die Atmosphäre im Dorf ist sehr freundlich, die Restaurants sind vielfältig und gut. Schöne Gegend für Wanderungen.
