The property needs some tlc. Although it was clean, the bathroom was constantly wet from a leak from the locked cupboard under the sink.. I did report this and was told they would contact the emergency team but nothing happened!! The beds were uncomfortable as we could feel the bedsprings all night. The washer and dryer were excellent as we used them both

Not fit for purpose
Unfortunately this was not as advertised. Family of 5 but we were only provided with 3 chairs to sit on for meals so had to stand up, futon should be upstairs for sleeping and had been carried downstairs so made sleeping arrangements with 3 children very tricky, rubbish left on the floor in one bedroom, blood smear on the kitchen cupboard, bin bags piled high in back yard, green mould inside shower screen, TV aerial lead disconnected and left exposed with wire and metal point, stair railing broken and youngest fell through it, no baking tray at all so unable to cook even the most basic of things, blinds broken in bedroom so unable to roll up had to stay dark all day, dirty/used scourers left for us to wash up with etc. The list is endless. I tried to ring on the day we arrived to solve some of the problems as we are a positive family and knew they would try to solve it. No one returned our call despite it being urgent! Really shocking stay, wouldn't recommend at all. Thank goodness the city and the people are so lovely andd helpful. They made it all worthwhile!! ❤️
