Wow. This apartment had the most beautiful view but the most as* management and service. We began with finding the apartment. Took us 2 damn hours of walking in circles. I think I walked approx 7,000 steps. We went in circles and circles and we emailed the management multiple times but no response. The car was too narrow to fit into the streets so we had half of our family driving in circles for 2 hours as well. We rang the bell and knocked multiple times but no answer. We even called a random guy living in the apartments bc we weren’t sure what to do. Then we had a local bring us to the correct address (which was the same literal place we walked to 15 diff times). There was a young student who’s part time job was working for the apartment company. As we entered the room finally, she demanded us to pay extra CASH for over 100 euros. after we walk for 2 hours the first thing she asks for is cash. the view was beautiful though. but that doesn’t matter because all the terrible things about this apartment don’t balance it out. If I could give the management and service itself zero stars I would. The communication was very terrible. There were 2 plants , or might I say practically dead plants with yellow leaves, sitting in the kitchen and living room. We had to water the plants for them because we felt so terrible for the plants. The next morning we woke up with bug bites all over our shoulders and legs because the bed probably had bugs everywhere.
