This duplex is on the first and second floor. It is 50 m² and it is composed of a living-room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and it offers a private 16 m² terrace.

CAUTION: there are several staircases.

the living-room is composed of a sofa, a 32" TV set and a WIFI internet connexion.

A fully equipped kitchen will enable you to be independent if you wish so. It is composed of an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a dining-table set for four. A Nespresso coffee-machine and a tea-box are also at your disposal.

The two bedrooms are situated on the top floor. One will offer you a Queen-size bed (160x200) and a standard bed (140x190).

Both rooms have cupboards. Pillows, quilts and sheets (or quilt covers) are provided and included.

The bathroom is composed of a shower and a basin. Towels are provided and included.

The flat has its own private terrace with outdoor furniture.

Several bus lines will take you in 10 mn to the town center, or you can also rent a bicycle, for one euro or so at the next self-service bike station 300 m away from the flat. The train stations Lille-Europe and Lille-Flandres are 2 kms away and parking is available and free in front and opposite the building.

Perfect for our time in Lille

The apartment was charming! Both modern but with touches of character. Good location for access to Lille in a nice neighborhood. Only thing we could have used was a microwave, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our “home” in Lille.

Wish we had more time in Lille

We were only in Lille for 2 nights for the rugby - wish it had been longer! The apartment is both charming and modern. We walked into old Lille and there is a grocery store quite close. The stairs up to the bedrooms are slightly challenging, but at the top there are 2 large bedrooms. Only thing we might have enjoyed was a microwave, but that didn’t stop our enjoyment of our temporary home. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!
