Located right on the seafront, boasting full panoramic views across Torbay. Three good sized bedrooms, all with sea view, one en suite and a family bathroom. Open plan living space and kitchen leading to a balcony. Recently refurbished keeping as many original features as possible.

Leanne was incredibly helpful through the whole booking process and checking in. The apartment was so much beautiful than we were expecting the images do not do it justice would 100000% recommend to anyone and we will be back again

It was absolutely brilliant

The location of the apartment and the views were amazing. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and Leanne left us a bottle of wine in the fridge which was lovely! Really good communication and all questions answered in a timely manner. Thanks so much Leanne for making this a lovely, stress free stay for us all!

Great location and views

This property is in a great location. It is right across the street from Preston sands, and just a quick drive from Torquay. It was clean and the view of Tor Bay is spectacular. Some of the highlights of our stay was a quick drive to Cockington for some tea and scones with Devonshire cream, a drive up to Thatcher's point, and a ferry tour of Tor Bay, where they served fish and chips on board. The only problems we experienced were very poor wifi in the front rooms of the house, no hot water on the day of our arrival because the electrician had turned the boiler off, and communication about the hot water with the owner because of the poor wifi and having to communicate via email because she was out of town. These issues would not deter me from staying at this location again.
