A one-level accommodation featuring a total of five bedrooms and set over the green Lunzjata Valley. All bedrooms come with their own ensuite shower and equipped with air-conditioning. The outdoor area is huge and for your sole use. The pool enjoys sun the whole day and the mature garden provides plenty of shelter from the Mediterranean sun. An interesting cave is equipped a table soccer that directly overlooks the pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher.

Kindly note that pool/beach towels are not provided. Bathroom towels are NOT to be used on the pool deck or taken off the premises.

There is air-conditioning in bedrooms only, connected to a pay-as-you-go coin meter system. Hence, guests pay according to their consumption for the air-conditioning.

As from 1 June 2016 travellers (adults 18+) staying in Malta and Gozo are required to pay a €0.50 Environmental Contribution for each night of their stay. This is capped at €5 per adult and is not included in the prices displayed on this website.
Set in the tiny village of Fontana, just outside Gozo's main town, Victoria. Very close to grocery stores, bakeries and less than five minutes drive away from Xlendi, a quaint seaside village where you will find a great choice of restaurants and seaside activities. Although Gozo has a very good public transport system, hiring a car is advisable as this gives you the freedom to explore every corner of this small island.
You will be sent an email with our standard rental agreement (this includes our house rules and booking terms & conditions). You would need to agree to our terms by electronically signing this rental agreement. A refundable security deposit of €300.00 is due no later than 2 working days prior to your check-in. 
The entrance hall leads to the large open plan living area equipped with a large leather sofa, TV and stone fireplace. The dining table is just off the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for your holiday cooking and preparation. The large kitchen window conveniently overlooks the external dining area.

Off the living room, you will find four bedrooms (three double and one twin), all air-conditioned through a coin meter system and each with its own en-suite bathroom or shower. The limestone walls dug from local quarries are evident throughout the accommodation.

Air-conditioning is only provided in bedrooms and is connected to a pay-per-use coin meter system.
When landing at Malta international airport, it takes about a 45minute car drive to reach the ferry port, Cirkewwa (Malta side) then about 25 minute to cross if you chose via Gozo Channel ferry, and then another 15 minute by car from the Gozo ferry port (Mgarr) to Lunzjata accommodation in Fontana, Gozo
