Tolle Lage, trotzdem enttäuschenden

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut um alles zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch. Der Altbau mufft, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Durch den Sicherungskasten zieht der Qualm aus anderen Wohnungen herein. Die Küchenausstattung beschränkt sich auf das unbedingt notwendige. Kochen macht keinen Spaß. Die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig. Gemütlich ist anders.

Bon séjour

Appartement au troisième sans ascenseur mais qui se fait très bien, portes sécurisé par un code. Ras sur la propreté. Situé proche du centre ville et à 5 minutes à pied de la mer. Hôtes à l’écoute, disponible par sms et appel très rapidement. Dommage que toutes les places de parking soit payantes.

Une belle location qui cache une gérance mesquine ce

L'appartement est bien situé et il est spatieux on peut faire de la cuisine Il y a une baignoire pour les enfants 👍 Nous sommes accueillies par un code à l'arrivée et personne au départ pour faire le point sur la location Les frais de ménage et de nettoyage des draps font partie de la location C'est une forme déguisée d'augmenter le loyer car la personne qui devait venir avec moi a eu un empêchement de dernière minute et j'ai dû payer sa part alors qu'elle était absente La TV s'est arrêtée et personne n'est venue réparer Donc je garde un goût amer de cette location
