Not as advertised

This was NOT the apartment we booked ! This ‘executive’ apartment was dirty . unhygienic, noisy, tired. Poorly equipped with unsatisfactory electrical equipment, left over garbage and dirt from previous booking. Poor quality bedding, broken toilet seat ( in two! halves) which cut my leg. Terrible beds sofa and poorly decorated. All carpets were unkempt , severely marked and I have LOADS of photos if required…. DO NOT STAY at a place without guarantee if the exact place and confirmation of the rental as we did not get the accommodation advertised it was a disgusting place .. we need a refund!! Have reported to local council as in breech of health and safety.. . this property should NEVER have been advertised for rent!!
