About this property

Individual villa located at the entrance of the village, with all services nearby, completely fenced with parking within the enclosure for three or four cars, gardens, private fenced pool for comfort with the little ones, barbecue ... It can accommodate 12 people, with a 45-meter kitchen-living room with fireplace, two bathrooms with shower and a toilet, and is furnished and equipped with bed linen, towels, duvets and all kitchen utensils. In addition to the refrigerator there is a freezer chest, for large families or gatherings.

Disfrutamos muchísimo de esta maravillosa estancia en la casa. La casa es súper acogedora, muy bien equipada y cuidada al máximo detalle. Destacar la amabilidad y la atención prestada por parte de José (el dueño). La piscina, el maravilloso jardín, el entorno natural que rodea la casa, todo genial. Un alojamiento muy recomendado, que merece ser visitado sin lugar a duda.

Hemos hecho uso de la casa en el primer fin de semana de marzo, todo perfecto en cuanto a prestacion

Hemos hecho uso de la casa en el primer fin de semana de marzo, todo perfecto en cuanto a prestaciones de la casa (fuimos 3 parejas y cuatro niños), no le falta de nada. Ah!! si pensais llevaros vuestras sabanas o toallas, nada de nada (superlimpias, las nuestras volvieron todas de vueltas). El casero es muy atento y si te falta algo solo tienes que pedirlo, incluso te regala la primera carga de leña. El pueblo es muy pequeñito y tranquilo, con gente muy llana y muy hospitalaria. Por poner alguna pega, en el puerto de la ragua (que queda relativamente cerca) ya no quedaba nieve, una lastima. Sin duda alguna la recomiendo

La casa se encuentra en Cogollos de Guadix, a solo 8 km de Guadix y 15 km del Puerto de la Ragua. Tiene una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la nieve en el puerto de la Rágua y de Granada, que está a 30 minutos de distancia. La casa está totalmente equipada y muy bien cuidada para que te sientas como en la tuya. El propietario, una persona muy amable y atenta. Un alojamiento recomendado al 100 %.
