This lovely two-room apartment located inside the "Villaggio Sureggio" residence can accommodate up to 4 people, and is perfect for couples, families or business trips!
Upon entering, the living room is furnished with a TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a single bed for the night; next to it, there is a table for 4 for lunches and dinners at home. Prepare delicious meals like at home with the kitchen, separate and fully equipped!
On the mezzanine, a futon bed for 2 people.
A bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

SUREGGIO VILLAGE is responsible for a private outdoor condominium parking.

In the summer, from May to September, guests can cool off and have fun in the large shared swimming pool.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
