This is a scam. The owner NEVER sent secur verification of our stay so we were not granted entry. This was my mothers birthday. We spent 5 hours embarrassed in the lobby calling and emailing the host. He NEVER responded. Security said they dont answer their number for them either. They also didnt answer for Vrbo. Very wicked to ruin people's vacation.
