Apartment House Perkić is located on the island of Rab in the tourist town of Mali Palit. The house is situated near the attractive and tourist-oriented town of Rab, in a quiet and easily accessible location outside the city center, yet close to the sea.
Apartment Tina is located on the first floor of a family house and covers 120 m2. It has a private entrance via stairs. The apartment consists of an air-conditioned living room that also serves as a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, and two balconies.
The fenced yard is full of greenery and Mediterranean plants, with a fruit orchard and an organic garden. Guests also have access to a shared garden pool. Next to the house, there are swings for children, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Pets are allowed, with an additional fee payable directly to the owner. The rental price includes internet, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, parking, a washing machine, and satellite TV.
