Beautifully located cottage in Munkerup in the 2nd row to the water and close to shopping and experiences in the area. Cozy living / dining room with wood burning stove, TV with Chromecast (note: no channels on the TV), internet and air / air heat pump. Kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Bath with shower and underfloor heating. Washing machine in utility room. Enclosed garden with both open and covered terrace, awning, garden furniture and barbecue. Short distance to shopping and restaurants. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
