Canterburt weekend

This is a lovely property just outside the city wall. The location is exceptional for spending time in the area of Canterbury Cathedral. The host was easy to contact and helped work with us to accommodate a small request to change our schedule.

Great base for exploring Canterbury & Kent coast

Parked car on arrival & didn’t use it again until we went home. Cafe over the road very handy for breakfast.

Short break

A sweet eclectic bohemian unusual property I loved it pretty garden but be aware the properties next door must have a right of way so expect someone to appear in the garden on bin day parking was tight as our car was too long so had to leave the gates open not ideal but a big bonus in Canterbury the stairs are a little step for anyone with mobility issues lovely comfy bed and nice to have two bathrooms, great location just a five minute walk into Canterbury I would definitely go back maybe take my car next time worth a visit.

Maple Cottage is set just outside the City walls, with it's own private enclosed parking, within walking distance of Canterbury City Centre so is ideally placed for your city break. It is on a quiet lane with underpass access into the city centre. There's a coffee shop and pub/restaurant just across the way and an amazing Chinese restaurant just around the corner for when you don't want to travel too far for food! Canterbury Cathedral is in walking distance, and you have direct access within minutes to shops bars and restaurants.
