Charming cottage located on a closed road in the first dune row with only about 75 meters down to the beach of private path. From the bright and spacious conservatory there is a view of the scenic dune area, which forms the framework for cozy moments in Møllehuset. The cottage consists of two parts, where in the main house there is a separate bedroom and a double bed in a Swedish-inspired pull-out bed. Additional beds are available in the annex. As part of the main house is also the living room with wood stove, where the family or couple can gather on the less warm evenings. The wood-burning stove is located centrally in the kitchen / family room with a view for both indoor living and the most used part of the garden, where the children find a good place to play and the family finds a warm sun spot in the afternoon. Annex with two more beds and its own toilet and washing machine. The annex has been refurbished and is the perfect size for the small family, the young couple or the children who want their own place. The garden is distributed all around the house, so there is always a place sheltered and in the sun on the almost 1600 m2 large natural plot as well as a covered terrace of 20 m2 facing the sea. The private path on the plot leads through protected heather to a fine white sandy beach which offers one of Denmark's best and most child - friendly beaches. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
